It’s been awhile

​I have been consistent using my cpap bestie. Life before cpap bestie I’ll say BCP looking back was rough. How did I get through the day through life. More on that later. I have gone through this mouth tape and got a new one. My only complaint is like the last ten left a black sticky residue on my face not huge but I had to scrub hard to take off. I am trying new ones tomorrow.

​ Two apps. So far getting strong with my Cpap Bestie I meet with the educator maybe getting a nasal pillow one and chin strap. I did take off the tape at 5 am and slept with it on for an hour. Mouth was dry like the desert again. I hate that feeling. Wish my mouth just closed

 ​ πŸ—“️ Day 21 πŸ’€ 6 hours 18 minutes ⚡️10 πŸ“‰ Events 0.9 YAY! I am really going to start on getting seven hours of sleep consistently and then eight hours. I felt great today. I was looking at pictures of myself in February I look rough. I took my sixth shot of Zepbound last night. I finally hit my protein macros yesterday. I increased my Magnesium Glycinate to 360 mg last night was taking 240 mg. I'm happy about this. There are times where the mouth tape does make me feel claustrophobic and I try to keep my mental game right in the middle of the night when I wake up because of it. I feel good. Below are the wipes I bought and started using last night. When I put my mask on the nasal part did not smell right. So I let it air dry for a bit. I also do these blogs before bed so that gets into my sleep time. Need to do it first thing in the morning. Weight has dropped a bit. Its leg day today gonna increase the weight on the bulgarian lunges. Right now I'm at 30 pounds for two sets o...

Day 19 Day 20

Day 19 ​ πŸ—“️ Day 19 πŸ’€ 6 hours 51 minutes  ⚡️10 πŸ“‰ Events 1.7 yaaaaaa Wow yesterday felt good caught up on sleep. I chaperoned a field trip and picked up my other kid later than normal then took her friend home. I then started working and was up till midnight.  πŸ—“️ Day 20 πŸ’€ 5 hours 52 minutes  ⚡️10 πŸ“‰ Events 0.6 Man even with this amount of sleep I still kept it moving. I didn’t even nap in the car waiting for my daughter. Did not work out yesterday due to time constraints and today since I needed to go to four facilities and finish work at home. The next three days plan on lifting heavy. Almost hit all my macros but def today I hit all my protein macros. Goal now is to get 7-8 hours of sleep consistently.

​  ​πŸ—“️ Day 18 πŸ’€ 6 hours 20 minutes  ⚡️10 πŸ“‰ Events 5.2 Happy 4/20 Last night sleep was not good. I sneezed after I putting on my mask tried to take it off and pull the tape off my mouth when I felt it coming. It was a stressful feeling seconds. After I put everything back on I just could not breathe from my right nare and with my mouth tape it was a struggle I wanted to open my mouth to breath. So I took the tape off and fell asleep. I woke up to the sound of gushing air leak and reached the top to u hook to pee and the tube WAS NOT Connected!!! I was like what is going on. Around 4 am just gushing air leak after another one. But even all that I still had an intense weight lifting session. Didn’t feel zombie. Work was great. Didn’t feel moody. I did put in a continuous glucose monitoring thing Majigger on. My blood glide between 98-105. I want to see what it’s like when I sleep. I am turning down the temperature of the tube tonight and while I type this it is comforting brea...

Cleaning

​I cleaned my CPAP bestie this morning. Last weekend I did it later in the day and the tube was not as dry as I wanted it to be. Today I washed it around 8 am. I bought the cleaning supplies off Amazon. I use clear dish soap. I would like to do vinegar and water next.
