It’s been awhile
I have been consistent using my cpap bestie. Life before cpap bestie I’ll say BCP looking back was rough. How did I get through the day through life. More on that later. I have gone through this mouth tape and got a new one. My only complaint is like the last ten left a black sticky residue on my face not huge but I had to scrub hard to take off. I am trying new ones tomorrow.
