My CPAP Bestie

Back to the grind today So it was nice bringing my pillow and cpap bestie to the beach house. But the bed was super soft and my lower back did not like it. I did have a few beers and was curious to see how my stats were. Not posted but I got a sad face on the airless. I didn’t notice a leak. Well to make up for the debauchery I headed to bed and forced myself to sleep kinda and had seven hours and feel pretty good. Tonight I plan to sleep earlier hit 7:30 or 8 hours of sleep is the goal. I need more beach house weekends ​

​I have been consistent using my cpap bestie. Life before cpap bestie I’ll say BCP looking back was rough. How did I get through the day through life. More on that later. I have gone through this mouth tape and got a new one. My only complaint is like the last ten left a black sticky residue on my face not huge but I had to scrub hard to take off. I am trying new ones tomorrow.
