I am really going to start on getting seven hours of sleep consistently and then eight hours. I felt great today. I was looking at pictures of myself in February I look rough. I took my sixth shot of Zepbound last night. I finally hit my protein macros yesterday. I increased my Magnesium Glycinate to 360 mg last night was taking 240 mg. I'm happy about this. There are times where the mouth tape does make me feel claustrophobic and I try to keep my mental game right in the middle of the night when I wake up because of it. I feel good. Below are the wipes I bought and started using last night. When I put my mask on the nasal part did not smell right. So I let it air dry for a bit. I also do these blogs before bed so that gets into my sleep time. Need to do it first thing in the morning. Weight has dropped a bit. Its leg day today gonna increase the weight on the bulgarian lunges. Right now I'm at 30 pounds for two sets of 8. First set is 15 pounds and warm up is body weight. I am looking forward to the future. I would like to not have to be besties with my CPAP in the future but I'm ok if I have to be due to my large ass tonsils. The wipes are great don't leave a chemical smell.
